Bio

I was first introduced to yoga 10 years ago, at the age of 15, through a bikram yoga class.  My love of yoga has ebbed and flowed, but yoga has always been a presence in my life.

In 2007, as a college student I had the opportunity to spend several months as a studio manager for a brand new yoga studio.  During that time I completed my first yoga teacher training through YogaFit.  I went back to Connecticut for college and began to volunteer teaching yoga at the local middle school where I taught yoga several times a week for the rest of my time in Connecticut.

Throughout my journeys around the world my mat has accompanied me, as has my love of sharing yoga with others.  From Israel to Alaska, I have taught and practiced yoga everywhere I have been.

I finally found my way back to Miami in 2010 to begin my law school career and began to teach spinning at that time.  Yoga became more important to me than ever as a personal practice. Yoga has been an essential way for me to feel gratitude and surrender in my own life.  Yoga has created balance in my life.

I completed my RYT-200 certification in August of 2012. I received both certifications in Hot Power Yoga and Gentle Therapeutics Yoga.  To date I have completed almost 300 hours of training.

My classes combine the strength and athletics of a power class and the grace and surrender of yoga therapeutics.
